Small, high-end Residential Architectural (Planning, Architecture, Interior Design) firm located south of Boston (Weymouth area) is seeking full-time Residential Architect with 5-15 years of experience. Projects include new homes, renovations and historic renovations. Experience in conceptual/schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Working collaboratively with other team members to generate project documents for Schematic. Design Packages and Construction Documents. Good communication and time management skills

Coordinate with consultants, clients and town officials


Requirements:

  • Hand drawing/sketching skills preferred
  • Degree in architecture, interior architecture preferred
  • 3 years minimum residential architecture experience
  • Working knowledge of wood frame construction required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
