Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience as an interior designer/architect in a client services firm
- Creates and participates in client-facing presentations
- Provides timely and effective coordination in the delivery of designs, plans and specifications to ensure project goals and objectives have been satisfied
- Develops interior design concepts primarily for small/medium sized projects
- Incorporates other disciplines e.g. MEP, construction methods, budget, etc. in the design process
- Evaluates and selects materials; consults with the manufacturer's representative
- Leads the coordination of FF&E selection and specification

- Eight (8) years of experience as an interior designer/architect in a client services firm
- Leads development of interior design concepts for multiple projects of varying complexity and typology, concurrently and successfully
